The app no longer works. Hangs up on login. Deleting and re-downloading the app does not fix the issue. Tried on multiple devices (Android, iPhone). Used to work seamlessly for years. There is no way to manage certain account features on the Telekom website, so the app is critical. Please fix ASAP.

This app is working correctly for handling bills, and payments. Though, it is so much stuffed with ads, new offers that it can't handle to load. Many times I had to wait over 1/2 hour just for landing on the start page. - This makes it combersome and frustrating. 🥴 I was trying to uninstall, clear data, and reinstall. Still not working, I couldn't get in. I'm struggling already for the second day for simply getting to entry. I will have to go to a shop place for paying my bills - ridiculous

You are so incompetents... Moving the main menu button to the bottom right corner is incredible idiot thing: we read from left to right and from top to bottom, this is our priority. Get back to school... Forbidding the app if the phone is rooted is stupid. 102 MB for this mainly useless app is a measure of your art!
